Untitled n°122 continues the artist's series of curled, looping strokes, but here the weave opens onto a wide, aerated light. Over a ground of soft periwinkle, the gesture gathers into drifting masses: a dark teal-green at the upper left, cooler blues threading across the top, and a luminous chartreuse pooling toward the lower right like sunlight caught in tall grass.
At the center, tender pinks surface through the pale tangle — a quiet warmth held within the coolness around it. Nothing is fixed; every colour seems to be passing through, arriving and dissolving in the same breath, so that the eye is invited to wander rather than to settle.
The painting reads as a field in bloom seen from very close — too much life to resolve into a single image, and, for that reason, deeply calming. It belongs to the artist's inquiry into lightness: colour offered not as statement but as atmosphere, a place in which the gaze can rest and slowly open.
